Quailridge Ranch Estates is a rural Standard Subdivision consisting of 112 parcels ranging in size from about 5 acres to over 10 acres, many with panoramic views of Mt. Lassen to the east, Mt. Shasta and the Trinity Alps to the north, and/or the Yolly Bolly Middle Eel Wilderness to the west. Currently, the development is a little over half built out with both custom and modular homes. The Homeowners Association is the governing body for the Development created by the recorded Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions (DC&Rs). The Association is a non-profit corporation with By-Laws and Rules & Regulations that is administered by an elected Board of Directors. The two main concerns of the Board are the maintenance of the seven miles of private roads and the adherence to the Basic Restrictions and Architectural Standards & Controls set forth in the DC&Rs.
