Welcome to Quailridge Ranch Estates HOA

Quailridge Ranch Estates is a rural Standard Subdivision consisting of 112 parcels ranging in size from about 5 acres to over 10 acres, many offering panoramic views of Mt. Lassen to the east, Mt. Shasta and the Trinity Alps to the north, and/or the Yolly Bolly Middle Eel Wilderness to the west. Currently, the development is a little over half built out with both custom and modular homes. The Quail Ridge Homeowners Association serves as the governing body for the Development, established by the recorded Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions (DC&Rs). This Association is a non-profit corporation governed by By-Laws and Rules & Regulations, administered by an elected Board of Directors. The two main concerns of the Board are the maintenance of the seven miles of private roads and ensuring adherence to the Basic Restrictions and Architectural Standards & Controls outlined in the DC&Rs.
